Our warm, home-like environment sets the standard for how you’ll feel.

Our premier private preschool offers exceptional education to children ages 3-5 (and 3-8 at summer camp). We feature small class sizes for maximum 1-on-1 learning, fun hands-on activities to make learning fun, and a “whole child” curriculum that helps develop your child’s social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive skills.

The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) creates the standards for high-quality preschool programs. We’re proud to say our preschool meets all of NAEYC’s 10 Standards for High-Quality Preschool Programs.

Our Programs

Early Education Program 0-2 years :

In our early years class, we reinforce your little one’s natural desire to explore and learn. One of the most critical stages of development is from birth to five years old. Using CDC’s Developmental Milestones, we create a curriculum that is fun, hands-on, and relevant to our group’s learning needs. We aim to promote social skills, language development, and cognitive abilities.

Jr. Preschool Ages 2-3 years

At Kansas Learning Academy, we understand the importance of early education for infants and toddlers. Our program for children ages 2-3 is designed to provide a nurturing and enriching environment where young minds can thrive. Through sensory exploration, music and movement, and age-appropriate activities, we lay the foundation for future academic success and lifelong learning.

Preschool Ages 3-4 years

During these early years we help your child learn how to interact with others and participate in a group setting. Through daily routines we help support independence, as well as communication and listening skills. We add in a natural and fun learning of shapes, letters, colors, reading, music, math and so much more!

Jr. Kindergarten Ages 4-5 years

Since we are an at home childcare setting, we keep an at home feeling, our teachers will work together, allowing special times during the day to create blended classrooms, . We feel blended classrooms allow for much more growth and understanding as our older children get to teach and be role models, learning patience and compassion while our younger children are able to watch, hear, and learn from our older children.

Maize ECC

We provide care for those children who and enrolled in the Maize ECC preschool program. Maize USD 266 offers Pre-K classes for 4-year-olds run four days a week, Monday-Thursday and one Friday a semester. Three-year-olds can enroll in either two-day or four-day sessions.  The Maize ECC program does not have all day Pre-K, nor can we allow parents to enroll their child into both morning and afternoon sessions.  The program does not offer before or after care for those children whose parents are at work.

Before/After School Program

We provide before and after school care for students at Maize South Elementary/Maize South Intermediate Schools.  Our program feeds the children breakfast and get them on the school bus in the morning and provides snack and homework help if needed after school.  There are also opportunities for steam learning after school.
