This package has the new enrollment forms needed for all children including:

Medical Record, Immunizations & Child Health Assessment (Health Assessment must be printed and completed by a licensed physician or nurse)

CACFP is for meals.

Authorization for Automatic Billing (Deposit Required for Opting out of Autopay)

Trial Assurance Policy
At Kansas Learning Academy, we understand the importance of finding the right fit for your family. That's why our trial assurance policy offers a two-week trial program, allowing parents to experience our program without any commitment. During this period, you can assess whether our offerings meet your needs and expectations, with the peace mind that you can terminate the contract without penalty. We’re here to support you every step of the way!

We are happy to accept child care subsidy provided by the Department of Children and Families. You can check your eligibility by going to DCF WEBSITE.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Kansas Learning Academy enrolls children 6 weeks to 12 years old. We are always looking to extend our center family and would love for you and your children to become a part of the Kansas Learning Academy family. Parents are welcome to tour our facilities by requesting a tour or email us at KansasLearningAcademy@gmail.com. All registration and enrollment forms can be completed online by clicking the links below, however, a tour is still required to secure a space.
Enrollment is filled on a first come, first served basis. In order to secure your child’s placement with Kansas Learning Academy, your Online Registration Form, Family Enrollment Fee, and Hold Fee if applicable must be paid and on file. All fees are non-refundable once paid. ALL required forms must be on file before your child may attend their first day of care due to Health Department Regulation.
